Beacon Robot Autonomous Stacker Forklifts — Full-Industry Coverage & Multi-Load Adaptability

2026-09-15

Stacking and material handling are among the most common operations in manufacturing and warehousing. From raw material receiving and production-line delivery to finished-goods storage, palletized materials are handled throughout almost every stage of production.

Traditional manual forklift operations often suffer from low efficiency, labor shortages, and safety risks. These challenges become even more significant in narrow aisles, high-density storage areas, and heavy-load applications. Chemical fiber rolls, medical plastic products, rubber molds, power equipment, and other materials with frequent stacking and handling requirements are driving manufacturers to seek smarter and more efficient automation solutions.

Beacon Robot Autonomous Stacker Forklifts are designed to address these common material-handling challenges.

01 Chemical Fiber Industry

The customer is one of China's largest manufacturers of mid-to-high-end polyester and specialty fibers. Chemical fiber manufacturing involves long production processes and frequent material movement. From raw materials and semi-finished products to finished goods, materials need to be transported between multiple production and storage areas.

Traditional manual forklift operations are inefficient, while chemical fiber materials are often stored in rolls or bundles, placing high demands on the stability and positioning accuracy of material-handling equipment.

For the customer's chemical fiber plant, Beacon Robot deployed a compact BR-F12SL-LD Narrow Aisle Stacker, customized for precise docking and handling of roll materials.

  1. Powered by 3D LiDAR SLAM navigationand visual recognition technology, the system enables millimeter-level positioning accuracy and precise fork control.
  2. Equipped with pallet pose recognition and safety detection functions, the solution is fully adapted to the high-precision docking requirements of chemical fiber roll materials.
  3. Overall material-handling efficiency increased by 27%, significantly reducing the risk of material damage during high-level docking operations.

02 Injection Molding Industry

The customer is a globally recognized manufacturer of precision injection-molded components. Injection molding workshops typically involve frequent material movement, with finished products and raw materials distributed across different areas.

Processes such as temporary film-wrapped storage, pallet circulation, and in-plant transportation still rely heavily on manual handling, resulting in delayed material response and significantly affecting production efficiency.

Beacon Robot introduced a compact narrow-aisle autonomous stacker forklift for the customer's injection molding workshop, precisely adapting to its production environment.

  1. Fully automated material transfer:The system automatically completes the entire process from finished products leaving the injection molding machine to the wrapping machine and empty-pallet replenishment.
  2. Seamless MES integration:The solution connects with the customer's existing MES system and automatically receives dispatching instructions, enabling unmanned operations including full-pallet transfer, empty-pallet replenishment, and material stagin g.
  3. 24/7 automated operation:The solution addresses labor shortages during night shifts, enabling “people can rest while the vehicle keeps working”, while reducing wrong or missed transfers to zero.

03 Medical Plastic Products Manufacturing

The customer specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of medical plastic products, including life-support equipment and training equipment.

Its finished-goods warehouse uses high-bay racking, with storage heights exceeding the safe operating range of traditional manual forklifts. At the same time, the customer has extremely high requirements for material traceability.

Materials need to be frequently transferred between different storage locations, placing high demands on the positioning accuracy and adaptability of forklift operations.

Beacon Robot deployed an autonomous reach truck solution tailored to the customer's high-bay warehouse.

  1. The vehicle provides a lifting height of up to 5.75 m, perfectly matching the requirements of the customer's high-level racking.
  2. Equipped with LiDAR-based 360° safety protection, the vehicle ensures safe and controlled operations during high-level pallet storage and retrieval.
  3. Operational data is automatically synchronized with the WMS system, enabling the complete movement history of each batch of materials to be tracked.

04 Rubber Industry

The customer is a specialized and innovative enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of industrial rubber products.

Rubber manufacturing environments typically involve heavy materials, multiple specifications, narrow aisles, and dense racking. During high-level storage operations, traditional forklifts may also face the risk of rubber rolls slipping or falling.

Beacon Robot deployed a dedicated autonomous pallet stacker for the customer's rubber production facility to address these industry-specific challenges.

1. Maximize storage space utilization

The narrow vehicle body and ultra-small turning radius reduce the required aisle width to 2,820 mm, increasing the number of storage locations within the same floor area.

2. Significantly improve heavy mold handling efficiency

The solution significantly shortens mold-change response time and improves material-handling efficiency, effectively supporting production-line changeovers.

3. Improve storage safety and positioning accuracy

With LiDAR-based precise detection and autonomous correction technology, the system ensures accurate positioning of molds in dense racking areas, helping achieve zero collisions and zero positioning errors.

05 High-End Lubrication Materials

The customer is a leading domestic manufacturer of high-end metalworking fluids and specialty lubricants.

Finished high-end lubrication materials are mainly stored in drums and containers, requiring extremely high stability and positioning accuracy during stacking. Any collision or tilting may result in material leakage.

At the same time, improving warehouse space utilization is a key priority for reducing operating costs.

For this customer's high-end lubrication-material warehouse, Beacon Robot implemented a high-density autonomous stacking solution.

  1. Ultra-narrow vehicle design:Without expanding the existing warehouse, the solution increased the customer's warehouse space utilization by 32%.
  2. High-precision fork positioning:The system maintains stable and smooth fork movements throughout the stacking process, reducing the risk of collisions and leakage involving drum-packed lubricants.
  3. Intelligent warehouse management integration:The system connects with the customer's intelligent warehouse management system to automatically complete inbound and outbound transportation of different categories of lubrication materials, enabling fully automated material handling.
  4. From raw-material warehouses with densely stored rolls, to narrow-aisle production workshops with multiple workstations, and high-density finished-goods warehouses where storage capacity is under constant pressure, Beacon Robot Stacker Forklifts always put real-world application requirements at the center.
