Beacon Robot Returns to Japan International Industrial Exhibition, New Stealth Forklift Attracts Strong Attention Through Dynamic Demonstration
From July 1 to July 3, the three-day Japan International Industrial Exhibition (Manufacturing World 2026) successfully concluded at Tokyo Big Sight. As an annual benchmark event for the Asian manufacturing industry, the exhibition brought together leading global manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
Suzhou Beacon Robot Technology Co., Ltd. once again participated in the exhibition, bringing our annual new product — the Latent Pallet Handling Forklift — to the event. Through its dynamic on-site demonstration featuring “big intelligence in a compact body”, the product showcased outstanding flexible handling capabilities. Compared with the previous exhibition, Beacon Robot’s booth attracted even greater attention and became one of the most eye-catching highlights at the venue.

Small Body, Big Performance: Combining the Advantages of Latent AMR and Unmanned Forklift Technology
Japanese manufacturing is renowned for its precision. However, many small and medium-sized factories have long been facing practical challenges such as narrow aisles, limited ceiling height, and mixed human-vehicle traffic.Traditional forklifts often struggle to turn flexibly in confined spaces, while conventional AMRs cannot directly pick up standard pallets and require additional transfer racks, increasing modification costs and process losses.

The Latent Pallet Handling Forklift showcased by Beacon Robot integrates the compact advantages of a Latent AMR with the direct pallet handling capability of an unmanned forklift. It provides a new logistics solution designed specifically for Japanese manufacturing scenarios.
The key technical highlights include:
1. Ultra-thin and Narrow-body Design, Maximizing Space Utilization
With its low-profile and compact structure, the forklift requires a minimum operating aisle width of only 1.8 meters. It significantly reduces aisle occupation and improves warehouse storage efficiency, making it ideally suited for the transformation needs of small and medium-sized Japanese factories in industries such as 3C electronics, automotive components, and precision manufacturing.
2. Full Pallet Compatibility Without Customized Modifications
Equipped with an intelligent pallet vision recognition system, the forklift can automatically adapt to mainstream pallet types in China and Japan, including double-entry pallets, four-way pallets, and nine-leg pallets. It supports the complete logistics process, including raw material storage, production line feeding, semi-finished product transfer, and finished goods delivery.
3. 3D LiDAR SLAM Autonomous Navigation for Flexible Deployment
Featuring rapid on-site mapping capabilities, the system requires no ground modifications. It supports safe operation in human-vehicle mixed environments and meets the requirements of Japanese manufacturing, which is characterized by multiple product varieties, small-batch production, and frequent production line changes.
4. Full-process Digital Collaboration and Intelligent Fleet Scheduling
The system is compatible with customer's existing factory management systems, including WMS, ERP, and MES, enabling real-time inventory tracking and management. It supports multiple AMRs operating in the same environment, optimizes AMR resource allocation, and dynamically adjusts routes according to production line changes.

Real-time Dynamic Demonstration Validates Practical Application Capabilities
The dynamic demonstration of Beacon Robot's showcased product enabled visitors to experience the operating logic and efficiency of flexible unmanned material handling. From pallet self-adaptive correction to seamless connection with production line rhythms, the complete system demonstrated a high level of flexibility and intelligence.
During the demonstration, Beacon Robot's technical specialists provided real-time explanations and answered questions from visitors. Discussions focused on key concerns of Japanese factories, including narrow aisle adaptability, multi-type pallet compatibility, and safety strategies for human-vehicle mixed environments. Based on the actual factory layouts and material handling requirements shared by visitors, the team also provided preliminary solution concepts and recommendations on site.

Strengthening the Japanese Market Through Continuous Innovation and Investment
This participation not only represented another comprehensive showcase of Beacon Robot’s product capabilities but also demonstrated the company's strong commitment and continuous investment in the Japanese market. Beacon Robot has gradually established a one-stop full-chain service system covering on-site assessment, solution planning, equipment delivery, and localized after-sales operation and maintenance. For industries such as precision machinery, automotive components, and 3C electronics, the company provides customized flexible material handling solutions. The successful conclusion of the exhibition has further strengthened Beacon Robot's foundation for continued expansion in the East Asian market.
