New Launch|Breaking the Bottleneck: Beacon Robot Solves the Complex Challenge of Block Pallet Handling
Due to the structural characteristics of their closed bottom beams, block pallets have become a “no-go zone” for smart material-handling forklifts. The limited selection of models on the market—where either wide-leg designs restrict operational scenarios or forced forklift use leads to pallet damage and cargo spills—has repeatedly hindered companies in their efforts to adopt intelligent solutions. To completely break this deadlock, Beacon Robot has officially launched two new intelligent material handling products: the “Intelligent Block Pallet Forklift” and the “Intelligent Latent Forklift”.
Ⅰ.The Game Changer: Intelligent Handling Forklift – Compatible with Block Pallets
Among various types of carriers, the block pallet, with its "grid" base featuring a crisscross beam structure, has long been a major pain point for traditional automated handling. Standard forklifts struggle to insert forks precisely, easily damaging the pallet beams, which leads to material damage or operational downtime.
Addressing this industry challenge, the BR-FC15P-YT Block Pallet Forklift was developed. Designed specifically for handling block pallets, this unmanned forklift offers the key advantages of precise maneuverability and lightweight, cross-scenario operation.

Key Product Features:
(1) Specialized in block pallet, Compatible with All: Deeply optimized for the structure of block pallets, precisely solving the pain points of difficult fork insertion and beam collision. Meanwhile, the equipment features strong compatibility, seamlessly adapting to three-leg pallets, nine-foot pallets, and cage, effectively helping enterprises reduce carrier conversion costs and achieve efficient operations in multi-carrier mixed scenarios.
(2) Ultra-lightweight for narrow-aisle operations: Featuring a lightweight design with a curb weight of just 520 kg, it easily handles operations across floors and on low-load-bearing floors. With a minimum aisle width of only 1,930 mm, it can maneuver flexibly through narrow aisles, significantly increasing storage capacity in high-density warehouses.

Key Use Cases:
(1) 3C Electronics and New Energy: For the standardized block pallets widely used in the industry, we have achieved full-process automated handling—from raw material intake to production line distribution, and on to finished goods outbound.
(2) Automotive Manufacturing and Machining: Effortlessly handles the handling and storage of large quantities of irregularly shaped parts, cast iron components, and metal pallets in the automotive parts industry, solving the challenges of moving complex loads.
(3) Pharmaceutical warehousing: Used for the storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices on block pallets in raw material and packaging material warehouses.

Ⅱ.The Integrator: Intelligent Latent Forklift
The BR-L15P-JB Intelligent latent pallet handling forklift combines the dual advantages of latent AMRs and unmanned forklifts: it can maneuver flexibly under racks like an latent AMRs, while also lifting entire racks or pallets for transport using its lifting mechanism. This truly achieves a perfect fusion of the flexibility of an “Latent” system and the direct handling capability of a “Forklift.”

Key Product Features:
(1) Ultra-narrow aisles, space optimization: Utilizing advanced 3D laser navigation technology, this system requires no floor markings and can be deployed quickly. Its loading and unloading aisles can be narrowed to as little as 1.8 meters, saving a significant amount of aisle space compared to traditional forklifts and providing an optimal space solution for high-density warehousing.
(2) All-Dimensional Adaptability: Compatible with various pallet types including open pallets, block pallets, and nine-foot pallets. It not only handles transportation needs in low-clearance spaces but also flexibly interfaces with roller lines and conveyor systems, making it widely adaptable to complex scenarios in production workshops and line-side logistics.

Key Use Cases:
(1) End-to-end production lines: In industries such as automotive, new energy, and consumer electronics, these lines play a critical role in connecting the supply of raw materials, the movement of semi-finished goods, and the delivery of finished products.
(2) Narrow-aisle high-density storage: Significantly increases warehouse capacity utilization and is the ideal solution for high-density storage.
(3) Integration with low-clearance spaces and production lines: Easily maneuver under low shelves or pallet jacks to enable seamless, intelligent flow between production lines and warehouses.

Moving forward, Beacon Robot will continue to address pain points in warehouse material handling scenarios, providing customers with smart logistics solutions that guarantee on-time delivery through technology tailored to real-world needs. The launch of these two smart forklifts designed specifically for block pallets represents not only a product upgrade but also a powerful response to the industry’s challenges in adaptability.
