Beacon Robot Unveils New Brand Strategy “Beacon Robot · AiLift”

Suzhou, May 25, 2025 — Beacon Robot, a leading provider of intelligent handling robot solutions, has officially launched its groundbreaking new brand strategy: “Beacon Robot · AiLift”. At the grand launch event, the company unveiled its new brand, new products, new services, and new business model. The event brought together industry experts, partners, investors, and media representatives to witness another milestone in Beacon Robot’s journey in the field of intelligent material handling.

Mr. Zhang Eryang, General Manager of Beacon Robot , delivered the opening speech. He outlined the company’s development history, current achievements, and future plans, reaffirming that intelligent handling robots remain at the core of the company’s business strategy. He emphasized that intelligent robots are not only essential tools for improving logistics efficiency, but also a driving force for smart and automated transformation across the manufacturing industry. Mr. Shi Zhenghua, President of the Suzhou Smart Manufacturing Association, delivered a keynote on industry trends and policy support. He highlighted that under the government’s "Intelligent Transformation and Digital Upgrade" initiative, intelligent warehousing and logistics have become key to cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Suzhou, as a national hub for smart manufacturing, is witnessing a transformation from “selling equipment” to “offering technology + training + digital assets”. The deep integration of AI and intelligent manufacturing is forming a new paradigm, and Beacon Robot’s technological breakthroughs are expected to set new benchmarks and accelerate China's intelligent manufacturing on the global stage.

Mr. Zhong Liduo, Director of Beacon Robot, shared in-depth insights into the industry trends and the company’s brand philosophy. The new brand identity, AiLift, blending modern technology with innovative design, symbolizes the spirit of continuous exploration and infinite possibilities in intelligent handling. He stated that Beacon Robot positions itself as a “Full-Scenario Intelligent Logistics Solution Builder”, aiming to deliver end-to-end services—from standalone automation to fully interconnected logistics—through its integrated approach of “Algorithms + Hardware + Data”, meeting diverse customer needs across various application scenarios.

During the new product presentation, Mr. Sun Shichao, Deputy General Manager, introduced the concept and highlights of the company’s third-generation controller. Developed in-house from 2018 to 2025, this latest controller addresses common pain points of traditional industrial PCs, such as instability, excessive peripherals, and high power consumption. Featuring an embedded architecture with an integrated AI computing module, it supports 2D/3D vision fusion, QR code and GPS hybrid positioning, and offers multi-functional, heterogenous, and scenario-connected capabilities. It is compatible with a variety of AMR chassis and forklifts for applications such as stacking and lifting, providing robust technical support for smart logistics operations.

Product highlights included the BR-F15P (plug-and-play, compact heavy-load), BR-F20P (designed for nine-foot pallets), and BR-F15SL (optimized for narrow aisle stacking). These models are equipped with 3D LiDAR and depth vision cameras for overhead obstacle detection, as well as dual 2D safety LiDARs and photoelectric sensors on the fork tips for comprehensive 360° safety protection. The forklifts feature industrial-grade touchscreen interfaces for improved human-machine interaction and have been rigorously tested over two months to ensure reliability and have received relevant safety certifications, including CE. The controller also supports a variety of structures such as dual steering wheels and differential modules, enabling flexible adaptation to complex factory conditions.

The event also featured a strategic investment signing ceremony, during which Beacon Robot signed Letters of Intent with multiple investment institutions, injecting new momentum into the company's technological advancement and market expansion.

An on-site product demo area attracted significant attention, showcasing flagship smart handling devices including top-lift rotating AMRs, autonomous forklifts, and the new generation controller. Powered by laser SLAM navigation, these robots require no infrastructure modification, support real-time path adjustments, and seamlessly integrate with WMS/WCS systems to deliver highly efficient, intelligent, and automated intralogistics solutions.

As a final highlight, renowned calligrapher Fang Hua gifted the company a special piece of calligraphy at the event:
