2. Multi-Tier Pallet-Carrying AMR

This robot ingeniously combines the agility of commercial robots with the safety and stability of industrial-grade robots. With compact dimensions of just 550*400mm, it navigates narrow aisles effortlessly and supports multi-tier pallet handling (currently two-tier structure with a single-tier load capacity of 50KG), fully meeting the demands for efficient operation in high-density warehousing environments. Equipped with our proprietary advanced 3D SLAM navigation technology, it significantly reduces reliance on pre-mapped environments, enabling superior adaptation to complex, dynamic human-robot collaborative scenarios. It also features excellent obstacle avoidance capabilities and responsive human-robot interaction, achieving more stable, high-precision autonomous positioning and motion planning.

3. Collaborative Robotic Arm Amr-BR-D001A

The vehicle body consists of three main components: the AMR chassis, robotic arm, and end-effector vision system. The chassis typically employs either a two-wheel differential or omnidirectional module configuration. The robotic arm section is compatible with leading brands such as JieKa, Aobo, Yuejiang, Dazhu, and Universal Robots, supporting TCP/IP protocol communication with the chassis. The model displayed at the booth features a Dazhou collaborative arm with an 8kg payload and 1.3m reach, enabling integrated “move-and-grip” operations. It delivers a “hand-eye coordination” intelligent solution for component assembly and flexible production lines.

4. Compact Pallet Stacker BR-F12SL

Integrated with 3D laser SLAM navigation and visual recognition technology, it achieves millimeter-level precision docking and fork control. Whether for warehousing, inventory management, or order fulfillment, it achieves positioning accuracy within ±5mm while maintaining a maximum travel speed of 2m/s. This enables rapid navigation through warehouse aisles, significantly reducing material handling cycles. With a lift height of 1.8m, it effortlessly handles most shelf positions, ensuring precise storage and retrieval. It efficiently delivers raw materials, semi-finished goods, or finished products to designated locations, seamlessly connecting upstream and downstream processes.

5. Counterbalanced Outdoor Forklift BR-F20E-OUT

This counterbalanced model features a three-point chassis design with a rated load capacity of 2 tons. Retaining a seated operator configuration, it supports manual/automatic operation switching, operates at a maximum speed of 2m/s, and offers a lift height of 3300mm. The front of the vehicle features a 10.1-inch industrial touchscreen running Beacon Robot’s proprietary app, enabling rapid mapping and one-click deployment. Our forks incorporate tilt angle control to ensure cargo stability during transport. Two obstacle avoidance radars at the front bottom enable three-level obstacle avoidance, while a standard visual obstacle avoidance camera detects overhead obstacles. Two photoelectric sensors on the fork tips prevent cargo tipping during loading. Utilizing Beacon Robot's proprietary 3D SLAM laser navigation technology integrated with GNSS modules ensures seamless indoor-outdoor operation.
