1. Manufacturing & Smart Factories
Pain Points: In traditional manufacturing workshops, material flow relies on manual handling, leading to inefficiency, high labor costs, and a susceptibility to human error and safety incidents. These issues are particularly acute against the backdrop of the ongoing ‘labor shortage’.
Solution: The robot can be seamlessly integrated into systems such as MES and WMS, enabling fully automated handling of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the entire process. Solution: The robot can automatically and punctually deliver materials from the warehouse to designated workstations based on the production cycle, providing real-time feedback on material consumption via a Dashboard. This significantly ensures production continuity and stability, serving as an ideal vehicle for implementing the principles of lean manufacturing.

3. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) & Multi-Format Distribution Centers
Pain Points: 3PL centers must serve clients across various industries, leading to complex and highly variable business processes. Fixed automation equipment often lacks the adaptability to these changes, resulting in low operational efficiency and an inability to meet the stringent logistics timeliness requirements of different customers.
Solution: Leveraging its high flexibility and configurable nature, the BR-F15P can quickly adapt to different rack and pallet specifications as well as handling procedures. Operational tasks can be easily switched via the software system, enabling ‘one machine for multiple uses’, which drastically enhances the business agility and service capability of the logistics center.

4. New Energy Battery Production:
Pain Points: The raw materials and finished products in battery production are often heavy and require high handling standards. Manual handling presents efficiency bottlenecks and safety risks. The production environment demands stringent cleanliness standards, and WIP must be strictly protected from impact during transport. Any disruption directly affects order fulfillment.
Solution: The robot can be equipped with specially customized attachments to achieve unmanned and precise handling of electrode rolls, cells, and battery packs. It not only meets the specific requirements of cleanrooms but also ensures safe and damage-free material transfer through its precise control system. By seamlessly connecting critical processes, it guarantees continuous and efficient operation of the battery production line, serving as a reliable link in the‘Acceptance Guaranteed’chain.
