Implementation Goals

 

     • Automate material transfers from the raw material warehouse to the production line racks and from finished product lines to storage areas.

     • Enable intelligent logistics for four production lines.

     • Improve production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and lower worker fatigue.

 

Solution Overview

 

Hardware:

    • 500kg Latent Lifting & Rotating AMRs

    • Charging stations

    • PDA handheld terminals

    • Teaching operation tablets

Software:

   • RMS (Robot Fleet Management System)

   • WCS (Warehouse Control System Middleware)

Workflow:

  1. MES system issues material replenishment tasks.

  2. The dispatching system receives the task, and the corresponding rack indicator lights up.

  3. Operators pick and place materials in the designated illuminated positions.

  4. PDA binds the AMR, material, and storage location for tracking.

  5. The dispatching system sends a pickup command to the AMR.

  6. The AMR autonomously completes the material replenishment process.
